Standard Price - Credit Card Guarantee Booking:

Your credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation until your arrival at the hotel. Payment is made exclusively to the hotel. If you are unable to fulfil your booking, you must cancel it no later than 2 day(s) before your arrival date. Please note that the arrival date starts at 0:00 (CET). Any booking that is not taken and not cancelled 2 day(s) before arrival will be charged at the price of the first night. Different cancellation policies may apply for group bookings. The hotel will contact you within 24 hours if this is the case.

If you have booked a room or package at a non-refundable rate, the following conditions apply:

After booking, no changes or cancellations are possible. When booking, you accept that the full price of the stay will be charged, this amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation or change of stay dates.
